Executive Committee
The Executive Committee shall be comprised of a total of 10 to 15 members and will assist the Advisory Board members in shaping the plans and goals of the association and getting it operational in its early years.
The Executive Committee will handle the management decisions of the Association and work with the President & CEO to hire the other members of the Executive Team. It shall have the authority to appoint and remove, employ and discharge, and, except as otherwise provided in these By-Laws, prescribe the duties and fix the compensation, if any, of all officers, agents and employees of the Association.
